Product is good. End user liked it. Communication by the company is atrocious. And they also tack on an extra predatory three dollar charge.

The item in person looks a lot smaller than pictured. I don't think the value is worth the cost . I also specified that I wanted a Valentine's Day delivery and it was delivered a week earlier which defeated the purpose . Honestly I was very underwhelmed by what I received and will not be buying from this merchant again .
