Even though it was later delivered than when expected, the roses looked good and the customer service to ensure this delivery was done was exceptional.

Again, this delivery was a good one. Melanie did all the best she could to ensure that this went smoothly. I had a first package that could not be delivered due to an address issue but Melanie was able to solve the issue as quickly as she could and sent another bouquet. The roses were amazing and I can definitely be ordering more again.
