Extremely low (actually non-existent) customer

Extremely low (actually non-existent) customer service. I ordered 2 x products on 27 June 2023. Approximately 3 weeks later, I phoned the customer service hotline to enquire where my order was. I was told one item was on back order and the other item was available. I asked for the available order to be sent out to me, regardless of any extra postage. Here we are on 28th July 2023 and still no sign or communication as to where any of my two paid for items are. I find it amusing that the company asks for a review and/or feedback to a non-existent service.

Paid over $300 more than

Paid over $300 more than if I have of gone to my regular supplier. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this company and I hope everyone else realises the pack size. FALSE ADVERTISING! BUYERS BEWARE
