It was hard to contact customer service. Once I figured it out it worked out but it is not a click return type of business.

No email response and your online purchase of items was hard to navigate.

We ordered these pillows because we loved the ones we slept on during our recent stay at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, which were the same brand. Unfortunately, the down-alternative pillows we purchased didn’t measure up. They were far disappointingly flat. I’m not sure if the fact that they were vacuum-packed for shipping contributed to this, but even after giving them 24–48 hours to recover after unpacking, they never puffed back up.

Doesn’t feel like the same pillow, I remembered in the past

Not at all happy with my purchase, pillows are very flat and not supportive
