Stayed at a cabin in September 2024 that had these pillows and were extremely impressed. In October we ordered two king size for ourselves. After two months use, one pillow lost half its thickness and the other one is getting lumpy. Wrote to (Customer Service) mid December 2024, no response. Of course, only return authorized if not used and no warranty. Disappointed.

Pillows arrived quick. A bit pricey though.

It was hard to contact customer service. Once I figured it out it worked out but it is not a click return type of business.
