The Reverie Upgrade package was received when we were told to expect it. My husband found it easy to install and it works great. Ours was knocked out by a surge, when we called the customer service they suggested this package. Thank you.

I need to return it. It hasn't been used. It wasn't what my bed frame needed. I've emailed and called many times for a return mailing slip. Please and thanks. Lorene Barclay
