Not Good

No one answers the phone. Over a week later I get a call from an unknown number. Replying to the voicemail I'm back to being on hold with no one ever picking up then waiting weeks for someone to call back. This time I had Reverie in my contacts. Never got a call back. After waiting for at least 2 weeks I finally found the website and ordered the replacement. My old remote only had the phone number on the back. Also too bad if the new one doesn't work because they don't do returns on this $100 product.
