1.Remote came with bed - faulty
2.Forced to buy $5 to make new remote for $150 from Reverie, who refused to replace faulty remote
3. No order follow up for 1 week, when I emailed to get update - then they finally shipped it (super slow despite robbing me with $150)
4. Sent me 8Q remote instead of 9T I ordered, which was on invoice.
5. Emailed to replace, slow response, mass confusion until after several messages they FINALLY admitted they were wrong and sent me a label to ship it back.
6. I shipped it back and sent several emails trying to get them to correct their mistake and send me the $150 remote ... no response or help ... just took my money and ran
7. A few weeks later a random support person emails me, asking if I shipped the remote back and I gave them all the details including the tracking number they sent me in the first place ... showing they had received it
8. I asked again for my remote ... this is now 2 months after I ordered it .... no reply.
Reverie is a complete scam, and their operation. I'm reporting them to my bank and the Better Business Bureau. Reverie owes me several hundred $ just for all the effort and misery they caused.
