When I ordered the remote, I entered a change of address, as I moved since my last purchase. The remote was sent to the old address anyway. Customer service was wonderful, she could see that I had made an appropriate change of address, and she could see that it was sent to an old address. She promptly got another one sent to me.

Everything is great. The only design flaw is the power cord to the control box doesn’t have clip or something to secure and keep it from becoming loose.
