It was easy to order this part online. I did think it was a little expensive.

Works as advertised

Very happy with the replacement of my bed controller. One thing I miss is the readout on the display of bed positions.

The one thing that caused concern was not being able to speak to a person/a human after placing my order or having the website work properly. It kinda freaked me out because I had placed nearly a thousand dollar order. I suggest you get more customer reps or return voice messages in a timely manner. When I was finally able to speak to someone after a week of attempting, the young lady that assisted me was awesome. She was able to answer my questions and put me at ease with my concerns. She had great customer service skills!
