Installed myself with no trouble. Still having noises when raising and lowering the head.

Jan was a super big help in getting proper parts after I ordered the wrong one.

I'm so glad we were able to replace our old remote. It barely worked and that was after abit of abuse (sorry about that). We had our old remote atleast 10 years or more.
