Most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. I actually sleep in it!!

When my package was delivered to the wrong house during the Christmas rush, Relax The Back was willing to send me another foot log to replace the missing one. Thankfully the original package ended up at my house, and I called RTB to cancel the replacement. I was very impressed with the courtesy shown me during my frustrating wait for the local delivery people to find me.
