Great customer service.

Shipper delivered my merchandise to the wrong address and marked the order closed. I opened a case with the shipper - a frustrating activity. The back Store took over the case once I reported it to them. They immediately drop-shipped me a new item for next day delivery while they worked with the shipper to find the missing merchandise. In this day and age that level of service is uncommon. They were only concerned with making it right. Thank You!

Due to a fall, I had a knotted muscle behind my shoulder. I heard about the Theracane and was willing to try it hoping to get some relief. It arrived in a few days and I could tell the difference right away. I can apply pressure to the target area as hard or soft as I want and in a few days, my pain level dropped by half. I look forward to the day when the pain is gone completely.

This is the second one I purchased from you for my wife. She has severe back issues and this device allows her to sleep much better. The first one finally lost the firm support and wasn't affective any more. It is a little pricy for us but there isn't another design like it on the market.

The back roll is wonderful, in the car and on any chair, it does “Relax the Back”, just what I needed. Thank you
