I am a 6’ tall 115 lb. woman. Sitting is very painful on my derrière. I found a Relax the Back Store seven years ago and purchased a Travel Seat Light Cushion for my office chair. It solved my problem. I am retired now, but I still use it in our TV room. My husband has developed the same problem at 6’2 and 200 lbs ... so we solved his derrière problem with Relax the Back Online and his own Travel Seat Light Cushion for his chair in our TV room.

I do wish you had given me an address of a place closer to send my return to. The item order number was #28810. It shipped from "Texas", and because I had to return it to "California",from Illinois, the shipping cost back was $66.00! I never dreamed it would be that much. The cost of the item $123.20, that was charged to my credit card. Had I known the item would not look like the picture I would never had ordered it. I see now that different versions of this item are sold on Amazon.com. I am sorry that I did not investigate Amazon .com more before ordering. It appears several times under different names. As a prime member I could have had no shipping charges for a return. At this time I do not know if I have received a full refund of $123.20 or not. I cannot say how I will rate my experience yet, when I don't know the outcome. You were fast enough to give me a authorized return number. Since I am on a cane I sent my husband to the post office and this was the cheapest shipping they had. The cost of the return is a real negative. Had you offered a shipping label at a lower cost that would have been helpful.
