As good as it gets. Very professional, even to canceling one too many of an item I had mistakenly ordered before it shipped. Very responsive to a customer. This company seems honest. I ordered several Relax the Back black "cushion like support" for the back of two desk chairs. Excellent support lumber area and some for the upper back. I would purchase from this company again if needed.
