Aaron is a godsend! I bought a lifeform chair from another location some time ago, but that location never helped me set it up. I thought it was the wrong chair or something was wrong as it didn't feel like the old one I had many years ago - which was set up for me. I was in so much pain. I brought it into the store this weekend asking for it to be sent back to the factory to be remade and remeasured to fit me. The first one I owned was measured for me and set up for me after a spine surgery. This one was not - done over the phone and the sales rep couldn't be bothered. But yesterday Aaron immediately got to work on my chair. He started flipping things around and pulling the seat up, and had me sit in it. It was night and day. He said no one could have been comfortable as it was pushed all the way forward, and arms were broken! I honestly may have broken the arm in my wild effort to try to make the darn thing comfortable as I was in dreadful pain. I was about to go back to my spine surgeon! I also purchased another cushion for other chairs from Aaron and he's looking for a side desk for me. He was so knowledgeable and even knew the original guy who helped me on the other end of the state so many years before on the first order. Aaron will alway be my guy now! We already have one zero g chair but one day we will be back for another, especially if folks stop trying to camp out in there!
