My On Line Experience
I ordered an x3 office chair for a dear friend who has MS. I ordered all the bells and whistles including white glove delivery and installation. Unfortunately, they did not install it as expected. Through many phone calls I was finally able to get with someone who actually could do something about my situation. At this time, they were to refund me the charge for the white glove delivery/installation. I've not seen the credit appear on my credit card statement yet. I will give them the benefit that it will show up soon. The product is amazing, but they dropped the ball on the online order when it comes to the white glove experience and then staying in communication with me while they worked on getting an installer. I hope to see a credit very soon. I still have two other chairs in production due at the end of the month.
