Delivery is fast, and I like that there is no plastic. I have ordered another bamboo t. p. , but it came wrapped in plastic which was a bummer. The Reel individually wrapped rolls are great since we have furnished rentals, and it adds a nice touch when we leave an extra roll at move in. Looks high-end and professional.

Lasts much longer than the toilet paper rolls I used to use. Also seems like better quality- stronger overall. I like it much better than amy other in-store brand I've tried so far.
