I purchase Ascot two seater set in black when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product as I was concerned buying this through the Internet. Unfortunately the two seater sofa was damaged contacted Rattan customer services with photos of the damage,they immediately arranged new two seater to be shipped to Scotland and collect damaged one. No worries about buying from this company through the internet.

we have two ratten sofas with footstools and a coffee table in our garden and we have enjoyed using it over the last couple of years . It's fantastic to sit on and extremely good quality . We will be thinking about buying some dinning furniture to add to our collection in the distant future .
