Lovely furniture but still waiting for cover for 3 seater settee & cushion. Worried that it will get ruined.

despite ordering and paying for the furniture over 9 months ago IT STILL HASNT BEEN DELIVERED!! How about that for customer service!!

How bad is this, ask me to review my furniture when it has not been delivered after 3 months since the order!
