It is company's responsibilities for bearing Shipping charges for upgrading the product if the customer is not satisfied with the size of the product and want to upgrade it to upper version.

Misleading and manipulative advertisement of product. My TDS is 500-700 and this is not working at all. You must mention prefered TDS level and customer must check TDS before purchasing because this filter doesn't reduce any TDS at all. Company should mention all the relevant information about the product.
