Cost is not within the purchase power of even middle class income group

Filter quality is very good and it’s very handy. But me and my wife have started getting mouth ulcers and dryness in mouth after we started using the ceramic filtered water. Please let me know the reason and solution for same. BR

Excellent quality and speed of response. Good product but the filtration needs to be quicker

The Filter was delivered on 11th June. Within a week to 10 days the filtration rate has slowed down We have been using Metrowater which is of reasonably good quality. How frequently should we reverse flush the candles? Will the reflushing happen by just pointing tap water into the central tube of the candle?
