Shipping and delivery deserve a "0" Rating

Excellent quality and speed of response. Good product but the filtration needs to be quicker

The Filter was delivered on 11th June. Within a week to 10 days the filtration rate has slowed down We have been using Metrowater which is of reasonably good quality. How frequently should we reverse flush the candles? Will the reflushing happen by just pointing tap water into the central tube of the candle?

Would prefer a slightly sturdier tap. Other wise convenient
