The vases received were very nice & as shown on the website. I purchased 12 and out of the 12 vases, 4 were damaged - these were for centerpieces for my daughters bridal shower that was just 3 weeks away and I panicked… I contacted customer service & they jumped right on it and was beyond understanding and simply amazing!! They made good for the broken ones and shipped them out to me instantly! That in itself will keep me as a customer and purchase from them again!! Bravo!!
