My new filter started making a whining noise shortly after I got it. I contacted customer service and they were super helpful and responsive, and issued me a replacement in a timely matter.

Belia was very prompt in her response to my issue. She resolved the problem efficiently and professionally! Did not like who you use as your fulfillment center…. They make it impossible to resolve the shipping issue with them!

Great customer service too !!! My living/dining/kitchen area is all one big room. I keep my puroair 240 in the center of this space on the top of a 40" tall shelf unit. In addition to purifying the air, it also helps the temperature be more evenly distributed 😊

We received the PuroAir promptly. Setup was a whiz. We are really enjoying it!
