I couldn’t be happier with this company, especially Otto. We ordered a Puroair for our bedroom, and it was great! Quiet, easy to use…until I moved it over to vacuum. It started making a louder noice, sent a video to the company, and Otto sent us a new one. We ordered a bigger one for the living room and it is great.
