We purchased 3 units for our home. I'm recent bone marrow transplant recipient and need clean air to avoid bacteria, dust, and viruses. I will say these units have delivered. They remove kitchen cooking odors too. We find the units quiet and efficient with several run options including timers. The automatic 180 filter delivery is a great feature. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a household air purifier.

I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with customer support. First, I accidentally chose a subscription, but was able to rectify that quickly through the website and support. I originally ordered 4 filters, but only received 2. I contacted support, and they immediately shipped out the other 2 at no cost. I was shocked at how quickly the issue was resolved, and there was no friction. Usually, with other customer support, I expected delays in response or being denied. I'm not used to this level of amazing customer support, that I was left me momentarily speechless. There was no fighting, constant calls or emails, and switching between people. Bravo to your team! They deserve raises, or some type of recognition because you are actually doing something special here.
