I had ordered a 2 pack of the air purifier. One came damaged. I emailed customer support and got a response the same day even though it was the weekend. I provided the info Belia needed to begin processing the claim and I had the new unit a week after my initial contact with the company. Belia responded promptly to my issue and questions I had. Some of the reviews on Amazon re customer support were quite unfavorable but that was not my experience. I also am very happy with the units - they are very quiet and I can see a reduction in the dust on my furniture after a short time of use.
