I am majorly disappointed that

I am majorly disappointed that my mushroom coffee, which comes ground (Four Sigmatic FOCUS) is too finely ground to use as a Pure Over Coffee. I stir and stir, to no avail (except to create a sludge in the coffee pot). This is very disappointing to me. I love the idea of pure Over and the coffee mug and coaster. When I need to grind coffee beans, I will make sure they are more coarse (although I will use more coffee?) I currently use the Pure Over Pot with a stainless steel filter to create clean coffee. I love the mug and wish the pot itself were larger!! Good product but wish I could use my ground organic mushroom coffee in the Pure Over. Be well. Design a larger pot??? Thanks, Veronica Nations

It's beautiful, but . . . I really don't like waiting so long for my coffee in the morning. I guess I'm not that much if a picky coffee drinker. Yes, the coffee tastes good, but I'm not that patient in the morning to have to heat water up and then heat the glass up and then pour the hot water out and then put the coffee in and then put hot water back in again and then wait for it to drip and then have to stir it to get it to going through the drip. It's just all too much for me to have to do in the morning. I would like to start a return if I could please. How do I go about doing this?

Smaller than it looks!!!!

The pictures are misleading! I can only make one or 2 cups. I thought it was for a pot! The pictures do not represent the true size

Makes a clean cup of coffee, but is a bugger to clean

Pure Over does make a good clean cup of coffee. The dropper/diffuser is effective in avoiding channeling. Dialing in your cup’s grind and water temperature is difficult but consistent once you get it. You need to be on the coarser side of a medium grind and water temperature adjusted accordingly. Otherwise you have a lot of fines in your cup or underextracted coffee. Clean up is a chore. I use chop sticks to help get the grounds out and a toothpick after the dishwasher to clear the drain holes.

Our biggest negative is, that

Our biggest negative is, that the wife already uses special organic paper filters to fill quart jars for several day's worth. She needs something much bigger to make a switch work for her.
