Good customer service. We had some issues with delivery, but the fixed it.

I love the concept, ideally sustainable. Yet issues when brewing. The caking of the grounds while in theory is good. Imo somewhat failed as there is silt of grounds in my cup. Videos do not show this that are presented. I’ve tried numerous times to get the grind right and followed instructions, yet missing and having French press type cups almost every time.

My order appeared stuck in limbo and with no response to emails over several days nor a phone number to call, I started to get despondent and planned to contact my bank. But then they replied, immediately shipped a replacement order and it arrived perfectly within days. One less star for the initial anguish but thereafter my confidence in them has been fully restored.

Shipping was fast and checkout easy, I just wish it was clear the options. I don’t need a pitcher, but wasn’t sure as a new user.
