Never actually received this item. Pureover could never get order right. Instead they kept sending me broken regular mugs instead the actual signature carafe.

The shipping was terrible. It arrived after Christmas when I had purchased it in November. Then when it arrived the stirring rod had shattered en route. This has been a horrible experience ordering from this company, unfortunately

The handle broke off of my dripper three days after I received my pure over. I contacted customer support, but I never heard anything. Very disappointed.
