I love the concept but it takes to long to make a cup of coffee. By the time it is done, the coffee is just warm.

I cannot get the coffee to pass through the pour over unit. The holes keep clogging up no matter the size of coffee grind. I have an Encore and have tried 19 for the recommended grind and gone higher grind and lower still nothing has worked.

Lots of coffee grounds leaks after the pourover!! Can't drink all that residues! Tried many times from fine to coarse, and results are the same.
