Awful customer service. The product does not work well, coffee grinds end up in the coffee with the glass filter. I’ve tried to make this product work, but I can’t. My grinder is very high quality, and I no matter what the grinds make it past the “filter” and into my coffee. Wouldn’t purchase again, and very displeased with the customer service

I’ve tried getting 3 different bags of grinds at more course settings. Still a cup full of grinds.

No stars. Didn’t get it
