Shipping nightmare. After two months and a promise of a refund the refund hasn't happened and the wrong item shipped

Product never showed up, shipping info wasnt correct the company's support team had told me it shipped and 2 weeks after they told me that I checked the tracking status and still said awaiting item. I called my credit card company and reported them as a scam and got a refund.

The design and shipping was

The design and shipping was fantastic but the actual product was disappointing. When brewing using the product, too many grounds ended up in the coffee. The cleaning was not easy and it was very difficult to remove the coffee grounds after using the product. Some would get stuck in the glass filter. I emailed customer support and requested a refund.
