Love the cup quality and body this little brewer produces! That said, it’s quite Fragile so be advised….extra care is recommended. I broke the dripper base before my first use, I’ll take more time on setup from now on. I needed to experiment with the grind to keep too many fines from slipping thru the dripper but once that’s dialed in it filters the water quite well. Still a small amount of sludge in the bottom of the cup but less than my French press plus the clarity is impressive and the flavor is superb!

The base stuck to the bottom of the pitcher, when I picked it up it fell off and broke when it hit the counter

I love the concept, ideally sustainable. Yet issues when brewing. The caking of the grounds while in theory is good. Imo somewhat failed as there is silt of grounds in my cup. Videos do not show this that are presented. I’ve tried numerous times to get the grind right and followed instructions, yet missing and having French press type cups almost every time.

My order appeared stuck in limbo and with no response to emails over several days nor a phone number to call, I started to get despondent and planned to contact my bank. But then they replied, immediately shipped a replacement order and it arrived perfectly within days. One less star for the initial anguish but thereafter my confidence in them has been fully restored.
