I got this Pure Over because I was looking for a drip coffee machine without ANY plastic pieces, which apparently does not exist. I am very happy with my choice. The coffee with Pure Over actually tastes pure! It is smooth bodied and always fresh. However, even the large drip brewer makes only two cups so I guess it is meant to be only for individual use. Also, it does NOT keep your coffee warm for long. I always have to microwave the coffee after the brewing process (which takes about 10 minute) is done. Glass does not retain heat so well. Nevertheless, I love this product and would recommend it to anyone who is health conscious. I wish they made an even bigger version of this brewer though. The large one is not large enough for my husband and I.

what a wonderful surprise finding you folks. you're extremely talented and i couldn't wait to use the pure over method. everything arrived and i stayed up late that evening just to make coffee. imagine. and it was the best coffee i've ever had. and now i'm spoiled. i don't want to make coffee any other way. i need to use the pure over method. many thanks for sharing your secret with me. :)

Great product. Sometimes gets grounds in the coffee, but pretty sure we need to adjust the coarseness of the coffee. Overall does the job well.

Shipping and communication regarding order were great.
