I am very impressed with the customer service that I have received. I inadvertently failed to put in the promo code for the gift and also did not let them know I would need a box for each of the three sets of sheets that I ordered. They sent me the additional box & the promo code gift. I am looking forward to giving my family these beautiful sheets on Christmas Eve!

Very happy with the quality of the product

The quality and comfort of the Yalda sheets, duvet, goose down alternative insert, and throw blanket is amazing! I no longer wake up throughout the night like I did before changing out my old bedding to this wonderful line of products. Now I don't want to get out of bed in the morning!

I have never written a review but decided to in this case because I have purchased many sheets looking for a soft, sturdy and elegant set. Hadn't found it until purchasing Pure Parima. Yes, the sheets are a but pricey and admittedly I had my selection sitting in the on-line cart for a week debating on whether to spend more $ on my search for sheets. Finally hit purchase and SO glad I did. The sheets arrived quickly in the most beautiful box and they are gorgeous!!! The color is exactly as shown. I ordered the Yalda set with a set of Ariane pillow cases. The sheets are luxuriously soft but not slippery. They are medium weight and appear to be very well made. Sleeping in these sheets is heavenly. Be good to yourself and purchase these sheets. You won't regret it. Also, customer service is fantastic! One item was missing but once I reached out, it was resolved immediately and efficiently.

Just recently ordered for the first time order was quickly shipped. Arrived in a nice box. Just put one set on bed and was pleasantly surprised how soft and comfortable they were. Little cold when first got into bed but warmed up quickly.
