I was unsure how to use the website. I closed my order before I was finished and missed the discount code. I had to make a second order to get everything I wanted.

the quality of your products is great, your prices are great. If there is an area of improvement I would say give tracking numbers that actually link up with the shipper I was given one that didn't exist on my 1st order with you. Don't advertise expedited shipping for 15$ to get it in 4 - 6 days but it actually comes in 2 or 3 weeks. If you can adjust your site so it the shoppers currency is consistent with the currency at check out that would look better on you as well. When I bought my items it said for example $13.00 CAD on the site but the check out was 13$ US which is really 17.50 CAD so fixing that inconsistency will help you be better. In the end my items all showed up and I love them.
