The service from Primrose was good however the heater does not yet work.

General condition of the panels on arrival was OK although, I was disappointed in the packing density of the lateral hazel weave.

Customer Services tried, but ultimately failed! And I don’t have the time or patience to teach them, when it’s at my expense.

I won't be using this company again

Very disappointed with the quality of one of the trees I received and the response from customer services.
