Cannot say enough about the customer service we experienced...from receiving exactly what we ordered on time, to how the heck do you put this thing together?, to I didn't receive the discount I was quoted. Every customer service person we encountered (and we talked to quite a few - we'd never done this before!) was helpful and friendly, very patient, prompt, and went above and beyond (went back and verified that I was erroneously quoted a non-standard, higher discount on my cabinets and gave me that discount even though I'd already paid my bill over a month prior.) The design process was timely, and the renderings were great, as they really helped us visualize the end product. The cabinets themselves were wonderful quality, exactly as described. While the assembly instructions included with the cabinets were a bit vague (noting which screws you use for what part of the process would be helpful), the volume of DIY videos Prime has online made it easier. We're very happy with our cabinets and would order Prime Cabinets again. More importantly, we would work with these people again!

You only find out how good the company is after the purchase. I had an issue with one cabinet, and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I will continue to use this company on future projects, not only because of great pricing but service after the sale.
