Much better quality of material than the big box stores. Assembly videos are helpful, but exactly which hardware to use where is much less than clear.

Questions about order were answered promptly. Cabinets were in stock and shipped out quickly. Shipper was excellent at point of delivery. Cabinet quality, fit and finish as good as any RTA I have seen.

The cabinets were shipped on time and when I went to put them together, it was easy and fast. I was pleasantly surprised that they were wood and not press board.

the packing of the pallets were ok, I had damage to the rotator trays packed on top of the pallet.
