We chose Prime Cabinetry after much research and a sound recommendation from a friend. We’ve been quite pleased with the quality of the cabinets we received (they’re all made with plywood) as well as the hardware that was included. We were given very clear timeframes as to when we could expect delivery depending on whatever cabinet choices we might decide on which helped with our decision making and actually received our shipment earlier than we expected. We completely replaced all of the cabinets in our kitchen. When all was said and done, we had over 35 doors and drawers and only had a minor problem with just one hinge which was easily remedied. As for their customer service, I never had a problem reaching a live person and each time they were very professional, knowledgeable and quick to offer advice or answers to my questions. While I don’t anticipate gutting my kitchen again any time soon. I highly recommend Prime Cabinetry to anyone who might be looking to do just that.
