Prima Coffee

I had no issues with the company. Quick and easy payment and ground shipping was fine

Ordered 2 basket they are perfect and fast delivery.

Bought the Kinu Classic ahnd grinder. I realized I needed to replace my Mazzer Mini grinder burrs after the purchase but before shipment. Even though I received notice of shipment, Prima staff allowed me to purchase and add the burrs and add them to my shipment prior to actually leaving the facility to avoid shipping charges. That's what I call Excellent customer service. Shipment actually arrived before schedule, also. I just need to build some muscle so I can hand grind my light roast coffee. Wish me luck.

I wish Bonavita still made this version of the Metropolitan it is such a fantastc device. But luckily you guys had it and for that am grateful. Works perfectly, ordering was easy and deliver was fast. Thank you.

I am a repeat customer and have always appreciated Prima's excellent service. I recently ran out of pour-over filters and my old plastic V60 dripper had broken (after many years of faithful service) so I ordered more filters and decided to try the Hario Switch Immersion Dripper. As usual, my order arrived promptly, and I wanted to see if the switch dripper would make a difference, so I brewed myself some coffee. First, it is actually very easy to use - just fill hot water to the top of your filter, wait two minutes, and let it drip through (no need to measure out 50 grams of water and wait 30 seconds) and then continue brewing as for regular pour-over. Second, the coffee was so much more flavorful with no bitterness - I may not have the most refined palette, but this coffee was delicious! So, once again, Prima provides great service and carries a great line of the best coffee brewing products - you can really shop with confidence.
