I’ve never had any issues ordering from prima coffee. Easy to order and fast shipping.

Love how easy it is to grind coffee with this. I can obtain uniform grind in seconds. I use it for pour over almost exclusively and am loving it for the past few weeks. It seems to be a quality build, so I expect it to last for years.

I’ve enjoyed getting to know the Cafelat Robot. It really needs the mittens on the robot for comfort, and something cushioned to hold the square arms (like small oven mitts). I bought a 3d printed bracket from Etsy that let me mount the gage pointing upward. I couldn’t see the gage when pulling a shot as it is mounted forward facing and I need to stand over it to get enough preasure. This new placement of the gage was a game changer— my shots got much better when I could get the pressure right. I learned the grind needs to be on the more course side of espresso grind and not to put too much water in the basket. Overall the machine is an elegant design and now that I made a few tweaks the espresso is fantastic. Prima delivered on time as expected. I will order more thru this site.
