Prima Coffee

The shipping was fast.

Everything about is was perfect. The design is great.

I trusted Prima for years for all of my coffee, equipment and accessories. I brew my coffee at home, and was ready to take a leap from a portable Nomad espresso machine + Bellman Stovestop Steamer (also bought from Prima!) to this Bambino Plus. The machine fortunately came with a manual AND access to an app with video instructions, but I knew that if I needed additional help, I could have reached out to Prima.

Satisfied! Products came on time, and their site also provided videos demonstrating either how to install or use the purchased items.
