The Robot is a wonder! We waited a long time (4-5 months) for this, and it was worth it. And I say that even though the learning curve is fairly steep. It is a piece of art and worth the wait. We love this plastic free espresso machine!

Great service and smooth transaction

As a service provider, getting parts delayed, lost in shipment, or just plain late is never fun. But the Prima Team went above and beyond to make it right! They were on top of the shipment status the entire time, and I am pleased to say my customer is grinding like new again. Definitely give the Prima Team a go and you won't be disappointed!
