First time I purchase from Powderhound. Easy to use website, prompt delivery, and most important, the mug and wash bag are as expected and excellent quality. A perfect gift for a ski enthusiast brother.

I ordered my mugs 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them because they are stuck in customs at the US border …..

I haven’t received the mugs yet and ordered them more than a month ago.
