LOVE IT! Overall, the customer service was amazing. Although they tried to down-sell me, I do appreciate the fact that they were more concerned for my pocketbook. With that said, they should have asked more questions to understand who they were really working with and if the budget was an issue. I have been through 3 pool guys – all saying different things, but all arrogant enough to act like they know how to fix my issue (fine-grain sand and dirt at the bottom). The hammerhead is amazing with the snaplite pole and ultra-fine Volcanic bag. All of which the CS team helped me with. The customer service was patient, answering all my questions. There does need to be work on the delivery service, they are in contact with out of Compton, California. The service was not a premier service, and the expected delivery date changed. All I can say is – I would resource the delivery agency, but that's more for upper management. My results from my pool were amazing, but it did take a few tries to figure out how to bring the Hammerhead to the surface without dumping all the debris back into the pool or side deck. I would like to see more videos on this. Thank you for Great CS!
