The alkalinity bottle, well one of them, was unscrewed upon arrival and the entire contents of the bottle was in the box. Usually deliveries have been great and no issues, this feels like a one off.

Received notification from UPS that the order was damaged and discarded. They are to notify you. Don’t know how to rate. Could be poor packaging or poor handling by UPS.

UPS has advised me that package has been damaged during shipment, NOT delivered and that you have been advised accordingly. Please reship.

I never received my order

Did not include a power cord. Trying to get one now. Should have disclosed that. A POWER supply should include a power cord.
