Terrible experience
Placed an order on June 14, 2026 I watched the tracking and it had not moved in days. I contacted customer service and they advised that it appears to be lost in transit. They claimed they were going to ship another of the item. I inquired what they can do for the inconvenience since in now need to purchase else where since it will now be at least another week with out the item. They advised that they could provide a $5 refund. What a joke! Gave them a shot over the big name companies and it turned out to be a bad decision.
