Call for purchases, do not use website ordering
When ordering, you MUST to call in and ask what you need to order. Using the website's online custom ordering portal (not talking to a human) is likely to cause the headache it caused me because you don't know what you need and you expect the program to order you the correct parts. The program did not. It did not give me enough poles, it did not give me enough dirt sleeves, it did not give me enough extension cloth covers to close off the mesh. There is no way the uninitiated will know what parts they need. That is an unreasonable assumption. There is no video explanation of installing on dirt that requires concrete footings (and if there is, it is too hard to find). There is no explanation in video or options to buy masonry anchors if you are only building a partial fence to meet up with your stucco house or concrete walls. You truly and honestly cannot finish the build without the masonry anchors, so how is that not an option to buy when they have an online program walking you through a "partial fence" build? I had to learn all of this after a $1000 purchase, waiting for the delivery, then opening all of the packages (making returns nearly impossible). So now I have not even attempted install for weeks because I am still awaiting parts. That will be very frustrating for you if you don't know what you are doing (which is a large percentage of consumers who this website is marketed for). When I called in on a weekend asking what I did wrong, they did give a free shipping code, but honestly, there should have been more when I set aside an entire day to build and it was lost, and I feel bamboozled into spending another $100 on top. When you don't know the full price of the project before you start spending money and have to buy piecemeal, it really ruins the experience. It would have been totally different if someone said, "I see how this could affect your day, we could help you with a return or ship you the parts you need at a discount/free (because the return would cost them more money than just sending the missing parts). And here is some advice on how to get the parts you truly need, but we don't sell." Also, one of the pre-built poles is missing a screw - so the quality of the materials has not impressed me yet.
