Service was super. Hunter was a pleasure to work with on the phone. I was over shipped items and when I contacted Hunter she quickly emailed me return labels. I have not yet installed my fence, waiting for my son in law to have time off to help me, but directions look simple enough

Excellent service and product. Could have more info on the site about installing fence on different deck surfaces. Hammer drill on travertine is not good
